I recently stayed for four nights at the Hilton Garden Inn while exploring the city, and it was a good experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from check-in. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the clean and modern amenities, including nice towels and a well-functioning shower. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from charming local attractions, and there's a fabulous gelato shop nearby.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

last time we stopped we had a wonderful, comfy room with design of 50's.

The service was amazing. They offered ironing at no cost too. Location: the hotel was not far from the river inside Padova, which is very beautiful, shops of famous brands and supermarkets and the restaurant in the evening. Also, we were 4 km from our favourite spot The Venetian.

The beds were impressively large and comfortable, which is crucial for a restful night after a day of exploring. The hotel staff was accommodating, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my visit.
One slight downside was the lack of elevators, which made it challenging for me to carry my bags to my room, especially after a long day of travel. this minor inconvenience did not overshadow my overall enjoyable experience.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The staff and service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located to nice areas to walk in Padua.
Internet service was expensive and wifi was not reliable.

I liked the fact that it was so central. Breakfast was excellent and dining room staff were very attentive. The rooms were well fitted out, nicely decorated and very comfortable.
It would have been nice if there was more information about places to visit in Padova. The brochure "discover Padua" was nicely presented but didn't give enough information. Times when one could visit the different sights at the university, for example, would have been most welcome. As city visits are usually short all information needs to be easily accessible on arrival.

Rooms were large and spacious with high ceilings. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good. Location was good with about a mile (1.5 km) to the train station and a short walk to city center.
Carpets appeared to be a bit dirty and could use a cleaning.

Rather central location but noisy from all traffic just outside door. Breakfast ok for Italy
Dusty in the room, white curtains were grey of all dust. We found things under beds that probably belonged to previous guests... Beds were to hard

I almost thought this would be a 5-star stay, but the breakfast was not ready at 7am, utterly embarrassing for a hotel. Not to mention the shower knob was a workout in itself, talk about a rude awakening. A complimentary bathrobe would've been nice too, but I guess that's too much to ask.

The room was large and well appointed. One of the few italian hotels to supply tea / cofee and a kettle in the room. The third bed in the room had an opaque sliding door seperating it off for privacy
The hallway walls and carpet are badly worn and frankly dirty. The rooms were, in contrast clean and in good repair .
